Hopefully the windshield whistle has been taken care of, since they did mention something about the new windshield and sound dampening.

I'm interested to see how much they list the gopro mount for on the dealer sticker. Seeing as it's only a $20 flat adhesive mount

Unless they supercharge the V6 with the Atkins Cycle I think the sales numbers are going to plummet when people buy the Frontier or Colorado diesels instead. Though there will be an initial fanboi/fangirl purchasing surge.

I for one dislike all the crap technology they're putting into it. Keep it simple, less to break in 10 years.

I am happy they are keeping the manual trans.

That being said I'm happy with my '14 and am not going to upgrade.

Think about it. Add a GoPro mount to all vehicles, increase the "hey watch this" factor, cash in when people start replacing their trucks.

I would hope most people are not dumb enough to fall for that you can easily add a go pro mount in any current vehicle.

Nobody is gonna buy the truck because of the GoPro mount .

    Is this real life ?

    Good point.
Fall for what? Being tempted to use the truck how it was intended? You can add a lot of :censored: to a truck and if it's already there when you but it it's more likely to be used. GoPro probably paid them.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
I'm interested to see the engine layout and specs, but I am not a fan of the looks overall.

Think about trying build a plate bumper for this. I doubt it would look good with the lines up front; and with how low the grille sits, it looks like a winch would have to sit pretty low, possibly sacrificing clearance or approach angles.

Toyota just cleaned the slate (again) for armor fab'ers and DIY'ers. I wonder if any TW vendors (Pelfrey, Relentless, SOS, Brute etc
.) have discussed the new designs and what their plans are.

Either way, I'm curious to see the power train specs and what aftermarket companies will do with it.
