Installed these mats a few days ago, they are awesome but I am curious if the gap I am seeing on the left is normal? It's that way on the passenger side as well but slightly less pronounced.

Not really a big deal to me but wondering if this is normal? Will it get worse/better with time?

If you take it out you can use a heat gun "carefully" and reset the arcs that are not tight. Done this to a few different vehicles actually. Key is to not apply too much heat more just enough to reset how they're molded in certain areas is all.

Mine fit the same way no biggie. Mats have actually saved my carpet a bunch of times during hunting season.

With some heat you can manipulate the mat to fit better.

For that money though, and their alleged laser fit. You shouldn't have to do anything. Getting Husky Xact fits to replace mine.

Mine fit nice and tight, never put any heat or pressure to them.

I believe someone did a post about turning them inside out as per the mfg. and that supposedly helped when they were turned back the right way....might try a search.

Couldn't agree more, spent 200.00 on floor mats, they better be damn air tight!! LOL

I bought, the weathertechs and thankfully seen the other thread about this very same problem before I installed them. Promptly returned them and ordered Husky Weather beaters. They fit great and from what I understand more like rubber mats rather than hard plastic like Weathertechs, which I would have hated! Oh, and I only spent 150.00 on them!
