Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Someone needs to work with a metal fabricator, and build a completely new grill for it. One that doesn't go down to the skid plate like it is now. Then, change both parts together, and no mo problem!

In my defense. the Circle looks like there is plenty of room. Actually is a very shallow entrance and I'm not the only one who has issues in it. The Delivery trucks are in a constant battle with that area. Other cars too. When that area is taken up, it really makes it a difficult turn coming off the side street there. SO bad, that it creates traffic on the main road. Overflow from the side street onto the main road.

    https://www.google.com/maps/@38.8319431,-77.2084929,83m/data=!3m1!1e3

on either side of the circle, there are at a minimum of 2 spots opened on either side. When I show up to pickup my wife. I park in a spot. As I see here exiting the building, I pull up to the curb as she enters the truck . At max, 10-15 seconds.

Yes, I do get an attitude if given attitude in this situation. The people doing this are all from the Family Services office. They all have a similar shitty attitude to them that they exude.

I tap the horn like you are swatting a fly. A quick tut and thats it. It is unfortunately enough to set off these no class individuals and the insults and aggressive behavior start flying from them.

If I am 'tutted' at. I get the idea, roll my window down and proclaim my fault with a wave and an audible sorry. Then correct the issue I caused. Normally it is something simple like moving out of someones spot. When the same thing happens here to these people. They are in the 'fukc you' mode and immediately is everyones fault but their own. Confrontational, and they will approach you in an aggressive manner like a physical altercation is about to occur. By the time they are out and on their way to my truck to intimidate me. I Step out and close the door and stand there to listen.

It is a high traffic area. As one person pulls in, another one immediate is on your ass trying to get around the circle to pull in a spot. If 1 vehicle is in front parked illegally, another vehicle gets stuck behind them. Now the vehicle behind the parked car is blocking the entrance to the parking lot on the right side. In doing that, unless you break the law and go drive the wrong way around the circle (which is a moving violation), you just blocked the rest of the traffic trying to enter the building.

If I backup, technically, I am going the wrong direction on the road since it is not the parking lot area. Those are to either side. Well, that is what a police office told me when I was waiting for my wife once. I asked the questions. Also, If I am backing up to leave and another vehicle pulls in and doesn't see me backing up. An impact occurs, I'm at fault. Why should I have to adjust if the other people are creating the issue. Simple solution, be courteous and pay attention to the signs.

    This ^

I can appreciate that your wife is pregnant. Congratulations. We have 4 children and I have been through all of this. At no point have I ever felt it was such an emergency that I had to be 5 foot closer to the door and block an emergency lane.

Anyways. Rant over. I do have a pet peeve towards people parking in fire lanes and having an entitled attitude about it, well, period.

I agree with you. First thing I thought of was to fab a new shorter grille. Then drop the front 'bumper' and I think you would have something that would look pretty mean with a great approach angle. It'll be interesting to see how all the shit is set up behind the new front.

I'd follow the red line and choppy chop

If it's as tight ad you say, then I get it. As for fire lanes and whatnot. Like I said, go around and go about your day. It's not worth stress.

I wouldn't park and leave my truck, but I sure will sit there in it. But I'm never blocking anyone.

Seems like that would be a lot of bumper... $2000 worth.

Yeah I think this idea is much better. Possibly bring the top of the bumper to the bottom of the grill opening?

Folks are going to have a hell of a time stuffing a winch and a plate bumper with the design of that fat grill.
I'll have to get my hands on one once they're available and see what I can do...
