suppose one idiot started it, and when they stuck it in the garage the truck stayed on bc they didn't press. the next day they enter garage and die from fumes. its happened with push start before.... whos to say this truck wont do that?

If there's no hand crank start option, screw it, I'll never buy one. Cuz real men hand crank start their truck and never use them pussified eeee-leck-trick starter motors. sheeeeit.

Suppose some idiot started his truck with a key and left it running in the garage

I don't see a difference that you can blame on the ignition type rather than somebody being a dumbass

That's a lame argument against push start IMO

We've had push start since 2007. Never once was there an issue of having left the engine running. Put it in park, press power. Pretty easy.

Not legroom. They slimed the center console down, but the cab is the same as current gen. Seats look a bit bulkier to accommodate. But it didn't gain any front to back.

The frame and cab are a complete redesign, the front clip grew 3 inches to improved head on collision with it's improved crumple zone, the cab gained 3 inches as well and the rear seats have been redesigned to improve rear passenger comfort . . .

Where did you hear that, list source. They said it gained 3 inches up front and lost an inch in the back. Never said it was the cab from what I read from the engineer interview.

Seems odd to me that they would slap a chrome grill on the offroad. The black grill shown on the Limited would be better suited.

I hate pushing the button twice to unlock all doors. On my Ford I could program it to unlock all at once but not on the Tacoma.

the difference is, people don't use the key to start it, so they are more likely to forget. the news here had a special after some idiot died. and if you MANUALLY turn a key and forget the key.... then you are the dumbest idiot around....

Those people have already locked themselves out of their houses and frozen to death after having their bank accounts drained due to leaving the ATM with their bank card still in the machine
