I love OT too. Averaged between 50 and 60 hours a week all summer, and occasionally up to 70. Those weeks were amazing for the wallet.

I'm working up to this. Start full time next week which means 12 hour days 4 days a week mandatory. And can go in on my days off for more hours.

Gonna take advantage of that opportunity for sureeee

Yeah that was the biggest plus to my summer job. The first week I worked was 50 something hours and it never really slowed down. If I had a 40 hour week I was pissed haha

The downside was never knowing when I'd be done, and working six days a week..

But seeing a check for a weeks worth of hours, yet two weeks worth of pay was mighty nice.

But also this. My GF hated my job cuz I always got home and passed the fuck out and on my one day off all I wanted was to stay home and sleep.

This is a problem that I'm worried about. Then again since only 4-12 hour days is all that's mandatory , I can always lay off on the OT if need be.

4-12's would be nice. I usually did at least 6-8's, usually 6-10's. The short summers in Ak mean we only had so much time to get our shit done, and as it was we still didn't have enough time.

So long as long as I get near 40 hours a week, I'm good to go. I'm salaried so anything over 40 is free. But, like I said, close to 40 hours gets me 40 hours. And I can work 3-12 1-4, 4-10, 5-8... whatever gets me close to 40 hours.

Let me tell you though, I work free a lot.

I had a bit of overtime last week which was good for the wallet. Get a nice break this week as far as hours go.

I still need to install my other CB. I'll be running two :anonymous: One that hopefully works and the other will be strictly for my PA lol

My original one does, yes, but it doesn't work. And I sunk an extra $80 into the thing and it still doesn't freaking work. I think it's always been broken. It worked for a little while when I first got it and then it slowly died and by the time I got around to trying to fix it and figuring out it's probably a factory problem with it, it's already out of warranty or whatnot. Still kind of pissed about it.

My other CB I got from a friend for cheap is brand new, but it's the kind where everything works through the mic itself. It doesn't have a PA output.

Or I could just buy another one and then put the other working one in the crawler...cause the one it has sucks too haha
