Got a couple truck things in the SS gift exchange. ImMrYo mirror bracket (forgot to grab the one from my old truck) and a Grid-it center console organizer. Haven't gotten around to installing the organizer yet but so glad I got the mirror bracket. Forgot how much better it is with that installed!

Well now that I have seen the pics of the 2016 Tacoma, I'm thrilled to be riding around in a 15! Really hate the new front end. Just hoping the engines aren't that much better. That is the only thing that would piss me off

I don't mind anything but the grill and the headlights. I think if they kept the 12-15 front end and put factory projectors in it would be better. Also not sure how I feel about the fenders not having flares, might make trimming a bit more awkward.

Hadn't noticed the flares. I don't think I like how many different lines there are. Like the tail gate for example. Almost Nissan-ish.

I like that the 2nd gens are pretty smooth lines

All are points I noticed and exactly why I am thrilled I got mine and didn't wait! I'm still leaning towards that they didn't upgrade the engines much either. Time will tell I guess though

Saw your post on live. Figured it would be easier to reply here where you're more likely to see it.

It was at night and snowing, truck caught some soft snow and it turned towards the ditch, then as soon as I started trying to turn back onto the trail and gave it gas, it started sliding more and ended up where it is in the pics.

Main factor was just me being stupid.

Well hey, could have been a lot worse and would be very easy to happen to anyone! Just glad you were able to get it out of there. Any damage?

Not quite sure but it seems like everything is ok. Hard to tell with snow/ice/mud everywhere.

A few small battle scars may be a minor happening

I haven't even had it 3 months and haven't changed anything on it in the last 2 and a half haha Not too much done yet besides lift, wheels, and tires. Some armor is next plus a few minor things. Big stuff later on!

Alright fellas. So on my lunch hour I decided to go to the Toyota dealer and pick up the stuff I ordered the other day. It's about 21 miles each way. So I was gonna have to hurry. (Ended up making it in 1 hour and 2 minutes) I got cruising out the road and came up towards an S10 that wasn't going anywhere near fast enough. I knew there was a passing zone coming up around the next corner so I down shifted to 5th and got ready to pass.

As soon as we rounded the corner I shifted to 4th and saw a rock kick off his tire. Slow fucking motion it flew in right above the wipers and left a hell of a chip. I finished passing him and looked down to see how bad it was. I saw a little crack off the left and right sides and literally watched the cracks spread and crack about half way across the windshield downto the bottom.

So I finished going to the dealer and back and am now deciding when I want to get a new one. Not sure if I trust it to make it til spring or not.
