That's Verizon for you. I hate the company but they have the best coverage.

The note 2 for Verizon was the same way. It took months for them to root it. Why? you need the unlocked boot loader from Verizon which they won't release (only company that won't release the locked boot loaders).

How did the note 2 on Verizon get rooted?

Someone found a dev that worked for Verizon and gave him a few thousand dollars for an unlocked boot loader and then it was rooted. If you can locate me a dev that can get me the unlocked boot loader I'll pay the guy 5k for it. I've been asking around but can't locate anyone that is willing to possible loose their job for 5k.

If you can crack the boot loader (which is damn near impossible) or get a copy of it unlocked you can make 12k really fast.

    http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-verizon/general/bounty-verizon-note-4-root-whos-t2916685

On another note, Verizon Note 4's have a different location of the bottom mic's so 99% of cases out there do not work for the note 4 on verizon only. Another stupid move by verizon.

    I wants one!

So for Torque, I know we have different vehicles so not everything works on mine, but what do you have on it? Right now my front screen is Average trip speed, speed, revs, Trip MPG and throttle %. To the right is fuel used, AFR(air flow rate I believe, doesn't work), Fuel(doesn't work), trip distance and fuel remaining. Left is Volts(no worky), coolant intake and air temp.

If you load the list of sensors the light green ones are readable sensors. I have a bunch of them. I hooked this up to a high end Mercedes and the list of sensors was awesome. My civic on Tue other hand has about 10 total. Depends on the car. You can check mine out sometime if you like.

The ones highlighted green? I didn't know that. I was curious what that meant! Thanks!

I'll have to sometime. Curious of the differences.

I bought the obd Bluetooth reader and torque pro and I'm pretty disappointed with the app. A lot of them don't seem to work except for the rpm gauge

Which ones? I run over 20 sensors without issues on any of them.

If you buy a cheap adapter for the o_b_d 2 bluetooth reader that could be your problem. you might want to swap it and try another one . If you want you're more than welcome to test mine out and see if it works.

It also can be the setup is incorrect.

I'm not sure if you can check the transmission temperature on the 1st gens. I know on the second generation models you have to add it all in to get it to work.

I cant read trans temps. I might be doing it wrong but I believe its only the 01-04s that can read it.

I think the 01-04 you can add it. 05+ it works for sure.

Today I finally got my own digital signature to sign code for Android projects. With that being said, I edited, compiled, an built and Android app where the signature shows my name, and the HellSing corporation. hehe.

10 points to anyone who knows what Hellsing is from without googling it.

Thanks. It's kinda neat as I've been learning to develop Android for awhile now. Hoping my next career move is to be an Android developer full time. I have lots of apps that I want to build that don't exist yet.
