Right? So stupid to bitch about something they don't really know much about... Personally, I think Toyota did a great job, added what looks to be more creature comforts, nice styling changes and a "more powerful and fuel efficient motor"..

All this complaining about no diesel, same cab, blah blah blah... Get over it.

we can bitch and complain if that is how we feel. If you don't want to hear my complaints about it, don't read them. It is how we FEEL about the vehicle as to whether or not we buy it. I was in sales for 30+ yrs and first impression are hugely important to any sale, My first impression is disappointing, But like I said, I will make my final choice when I touch one and drive it, but the front end is ugly.

Nobody cares about your "feelings" man up.. ;) Like I said, wait til actual specs are released and you can sit in one... Stating that the interior "feels cheap" based off of one or two pictures is kind of silly talk..

Complaining about complaining seems less productive than complaining about the truck that was just revealed.

People really just seem to want an echo chamber of their own opinion.

Something to keep in mind...When the aftermarket products start coming out for this truck we might like it better.
I can't wait to see how a custom plate bumper and grill will look on it. With some creativity and ingenuity it might be great!

Go grab yourself a job application. Apply for a job at Toyota so you can tell them exactly what type of truck you think they should make. :p

Does anyone even realize how much money goes into a project like that? Does anyone even realize how much money & time it takes to make a total redesign? Does anyone even realize the retooling process, equipment, overhead, labors, etc (and the list goes on) it takes?

Like most companies...Toyota doesn't have money growing on trees. So they have to design a truck that keeps up with the competition, keeps up with governmental standards, is what MAJORITY of consumers want....while still trying to keep it cost effective.

Why go sooooo far above & beyond that it isn't cost effective anymore?? Besides....they gotta trickle out the goodies to keep us wanting more.

    They're not stupid.... :D

A decent set of gauges from a 1995 Tacoma and some rear disc brakes wouldn't have broke the bank! Hard to overlook an ugly instrument panel!

Seriously? You talking about company which spend time and money designing GoPro mount. I would like to hear that business justification.
I had been on this forum for couple of years, I had never heard anybody asking about GoPro mount on mirror.

Exactly. It's all dumb. Just don't act high and mighty about your comments versus those of others. They are all worth the paper they are written on.
