    Too few to list.
    It's not necessary to have both wheels off the ground but it would make the installation quicker doing both side at a time rather than just one side.

    He is right but I think that you have to remove (loosen up both the bolts on the end links) sway bar before you can work one side at a time. Remember the function of the sway bar ???. I believe that you have to loosen up completely anyway if you install Icon' or other coils over in order to install the spacers. It is really not complicated at all. Just follow Cris instruction. I watched them help a lots of guy's here on the forum and they are VERY good.

    Correct. Lifting both sides just makes it more easy. :)

    Guess I should stop trying to be cheap and invest in two jack stands instead of one ha. I need to rotate my tires this weekend or next anyway.

    Is there a trick to removing the front stabilizer bar? I am assuming removing the engine under cover sub assembly allows you to do so, but I am not sure what the entire sub assembly consists of? Is it just the thin metal pan looking think or is there more?

    Just remove the front skid plate, and there are 2 brackets. One on each side. I think they are 10mm bolts. Remove them, and the sway bar will come free.

    I saw those and removed them, but do to the shape of the stabilizer bar it is not coming out easily. Does removing the link assembly from the stabilizer bar make it any easier?

    It needs to be disconected from the spindles....It should come right out. If its not, you missed something.

    it just took some manipulation to get it out of the way. thanks for the help, I am afraid this will probably not be the last question. I am trying to take as many pics as possible though, so maybe me can repopulate the missing ones.

    The 5100s are on all four corners now. I can't thank all of you that contributed to this thread enough. I haven't gone back through all the pics yet, but I do want to get them up soon. I have some lessons learned of my own and I will consolidate those. To anyone out there considering the same project, read the entire thread first. Many of the posts saved me some time and heartache and others I should have heeded a little more. For me, the task was daunting at first, but I had a blast and I feel as though I have a more intimate relationship with my truck (like getting to third base). I encourage others to do the same, with the prior research of course. Thanks again guys.
