    every chance i get....between working 6 days/week and winter, it's tough though...

    PrInSu rack and Heretic light bar sitting at home right now and eager to get that put on Sunday...ladder and rock lights also looking to get knocked out this weekend...lots of the items i'm waiting on...but last minute crunch has been the name of the game every year it seems...so this year is shaping up to be no different :eek:

    i brought my 3 person tent and had that setup for my gear...keep the sleeping items in the tent...only question is, will i want to setup the annex every evening...

    i wish i could say once i get back to camp, it's time to relax and setup, but that's not the case for some of us in our corner of BFE...

    im hoping to have my prinsu rack on aswell, :D might put the rtt up there instead and use the rack for a couple cargo boxes,

    as for the tent im seriosly considering grabbing one of these guys just to keep clothes and change in it would take up very little room and should be fine to change in,

    Currently at my fab guy for the major work...

    Removed chassis and cleaned up frame rails
    Moving Engine/Drivetrain back 8"
    -Hendrix Motor Plates and Front Range TCase Crossmember/Skid
    Install new Front Spring Hangers/Crossmember
    -Reinforce and Brace
    New Rear Spring Mounts
    -Move Axle Back
    -Spring Hangers Cleaner and Inboarded Further
    -Shackle Hangers off Clearanced Rear Crossmember
    New Interior
    -PRP Seat Mounts
    -Bolt in Floor Pans that clear new tcase triple stick
    Reinstall Chassis
    -Above frame instead of below = more headroom

    Then bring it home so I can...
    Shock/Bumpstop Mockups and Mounts
    Radiator Mount
    Winch Mount
    Battery Mount
    Rear Storage Setup
    Dash/Console with Gauges/Switches/Race Radio/Intercom
    Full Re-Wire
    Plumb Steering and Brakes
    Mount Lights
    Roof/Hood/Side Panels
    Paint
    anything else that needs to be done

    Honestly, I would consider installing an ARB. An ARB vs e-locker at this point I see as costing much the same even with the compressor that you may in the future find a dual use for :gossip: airing up :).

    I keep telling everyone the same thing ARB's are stronger and about the same price, plus you can air up tires. But that's if you don't already have an E locker. by the time you get a non E locker housing with gears and all that jaz its way more money.

    Much truth to this ^.
    The key is picking up the non housing at a junk yard(should be pretty easy to find and cheap) and it should take an hour to swap the axles.
    And as you know, it is a far better rear with the larger shaft and I look at it as paying for itself if one is going to keep and wheel the truck.

    For those considering RTT or not, keep this in mind: It's that much more weight up high, meaning fewer tippy trails to go on!

    Thought the pinion shaft itself was larger and had bridge supports? Hence the strength increse. wtf do I know about 1st gens :). I went from an 83, 85 straight to 2nd gen.
