You're relatively close to Old Town. There's a place on King Street called The Pita House if you like Lebanese food.

I might join you guys. I'm of rt 28, so I'll probably meet you either at the rest stop (for convoy) or at the gas station to get the permit.

Awesome! I think we are planning to meet in the large parking lot right in front of the Trader Joe's and Post Office at the intersection of 28 and 29. Probably around 9:30. From there we will drive out to Edinburg.

We are just meeting in the parking lots then heading out to Peter's Mill Run trail in Edinburg. It's just over an hour from Centreville. Fun trail, fine for stock vehicles. Come on out!

If you can I would go with actual sliders. They are about the same price as the Nfab nerf bars. When I first got my truck i went out and got the Toyota nerf bars. Big mistake, I ended up denting them some how. Later on after some reserch I purchased a set of sliders. I wsh I would have not wasted the money on nerf bars and got the sliders in the first place.

I've got the N-Fab sliders and 2 of the detachable steps that are an option. Not as stout as the heavy duty (100-150pound) sliders you see out there, but perfect for me since I'm just using them as a fail safe.

Last time we went we got back right around that time and that was including about 30-45 minutes of just relaxing and hanging out and the pond on the left side of the trail. This time we plan to leave a little earlier so you should be fine for time.

Be careful if you're off road. If they hit something they could cause significant damage to your truck since they are not stout.
