    Yup. I'm a watcher. I'm behind, but the wife DVR'd it so I'm catching up.
    I remember reading about Oak Island as a kid. I've always been fascinated and if I was independently wealthy I'd be treasure hunting too. There are other 'treasures' out there just waiting to be discovered.

    The thing is, I get a little frustrated about how they go about it. I wish they'd finish one thing, like draining and surveying the swamp. I also wonder about the integrity of the treasure. At this point (where I am in the series) we've seen them drill and poke a hole in the vault below. They've also mentioned a prior drilling operation where the drill bit came back up with gold flakes on it and torn parchment with a V on it. If all of that is true, how does anything survive a now flooded vault?

    The older I get the less I appreciate television series dragging shit out and over dramatizing things just to keep me watching. Turns me off. Just get some folks out there and start digging already. I'm not going to enjoy this if it stretches out too much longer...

    If any of you are fans for America Unearthed, there was an episode about the Templar treasure/Grail and there were things discovered that indicate Oak Island was a temporary location for the Grail, and that it was already moved... and then moved again from it's latest spot.

    There are episodes for America Unearthed on Dailymotion if you can't access them on the History channel. Check it out to get another angle on Oak Island.

    honestly i could see them stretching it out atleast for another 2 seasons, if they found it then there wouldnt be anything to make new seasons lol

    I saw some older shows, but I guess they've started more and different investigations?

    Will have to check it out.

    I find it very credible what pieces of evidence they have found when I last watched it, but I think all the digging efforts have been badly mismanaged.
