    Yes, and Yes.

for the small switches, since there the type you screw the back on to retain the panel mount tension. You would need to heavily modify the switch blank or just epoxy them in. They come in different diameters too. 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, etc. I have done an install where a guy had 2 of them per switch blank. We epoxied them in and the project took a couple days because father epoxy dry times.

I modified, gutted, the blanks and drilled the holes. Then set them in there. Flipped over, taped up the sides and poured mixed epoxy in there all the way up to the back of the switch. Leaving the conductors exposed for wiring.

side note. In doing it in the manner I did. not covering the conductors. We were able to unscrew them a couple months later out of the epoxy. Was really nice to know since he wanted the blacks instead of the silver versions he had. I was dreading the epoxy mess again. I had a little grease on the threads I had intentionally put there just for this exact instance. The client was back and forth so much. I knew he would change his mind again.

    Check out the build

They're for the pull handles. The ones that come with them are too short.

I went crazy on those. They are stainless with black oxide.
