How intense does ones' driving off road have to be to:

    1. Cause extreme wear or complete failure of stock ball joints, CV joints, and stock control arms?

    2. Bend the frame?

An honest question to see if I can push my taco more off road or take it easy, can't be too careful with the truck…

    Thanks

Holy crap. So I take it that going over a few 5-9" dips at 25-30 mph on the banks of my local lake with stock suspension is nothing to really worry about?

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
I think you'll feel it when you get close to the limit if you've got a little bit of sense.
Start easy and get use to how the truck feels on different conditions.
In general, the fast & hard approach to trails isn't good.

If you feel the suspension bottoming out (bump stops hitting the LCAs [up front] or frame [in the rear]), you're going to hard.

If you don't know how to feel that, mark the bumpstops with a paint pen. If the paint is gone... slow down.
