Does anyone know when is the earliest on Friday you can setup your camp site?

 

when I get there is when you can I have all the site info and everything else but I need to talk to the person there first and take care of everything on my end. I will get there around 10 ir before hopefully

 

Not sure how early do you plan on getting there

 

But I think like official check in time is 10 am

Ah, didn't see it before, it says check out is 2pm, so I guess after that...

 

FWIW, I've never had an issue with the rangers in regards to setting up early or checking out late. But I wouldn't recommend getting there before other Mike does.

 

When's the deadline to confirm we are going of we are just going to the general meet and NOT the campground?

 

are we gonna meet at the mcdonalds like we did last year? or all just meet up closer to the trail entrance?

Probably Thursday the day before the meet starts.
The General sign up is just like any other meet just letting everyone else know who and how many Tacos plan on attending.
As an example, as of this posting there are going to be at least 38 Tacos at Citrus
Think will can get 50 ??

 

Ah I see, thanks. Sounds like it's gonna be a pretty big meet, it'd be cool if we get 50 Tacos.

If you're on the Tillis Hill list, backing out the day before the meet would not be cool unless you still plan on paying DM for your reservation.

I'm not sure how close the dead line for cancelling reservations and without having to pay for them is to the actual reservation date though. I'd guess about 2 weeks before the meet to be on the safe side.

 

DirtyMike has already fronted the money for the 17 spots (34 Tacos) at Tillis Hill Camp Site.
As per OP on post #1; "by placing yourself on the attendance list, you are agreeing to be responsible for the admission fee weather you show up or not".
So if you put your name on the Tillis Hill Camping List you will owe DirtyMike $22.

The General Sign up list is only a list of who else is planning on attending - no ($22) camping cost to them

BTW, you currently have 35 trucks on the list for 34 slots.
