How much does the OME carrier bearing drop give?

Would 885x and Bilsteins with an aluminum front bumper give enough room for 285/75/16 tires?

I'm going to have to echo this...

I read all the people being able to align it with stock UCA's and I wish I'd just gone ahead with 884's or 885's with LT racing UCA right from the start.

885's and UCA's on the way to get it aligned before I head to Baja. Waste of $80 trying to align it with stock.

Fat Bob's Garage has best price on LT racing UCA's...

Do it right from the start, don't believe everything you read on the internets....

Hey guys im ordering my lift today! I have a double cab short bed 4x4 v6

I have a Brute force hybrid front bumper which adds about 90lbs, a IFS skid plate and rock sliders.

what combo of coils and spacers would yall run for 3" of lift?

im just running 886 with a dclb, bumper, big battery, full skids, and sliders. I cant really tell you how much lift I gained, since my stock suspension was sagged out due to the skids and sliders.

Edit: went out and measured, 22.5 driver (big battery) and 23.5 passenger.

You may want to do 886, with a spacer on the driver to combat lean. Someone else will chime in though.

Going to pull the spacer on the passenger side. Is this normal for the shock to separate like this??

Well I ran the 886's with no bumper (just the crush bar) for 2 weeks. I thought the bumper would significantly smooth the ride, but nothing. They are stiff, but they are not terribly stiff. My uncles 3500 dually rides rougher. If you are planning on getting a winch, I would just run the 886s, especially if you want 3 inches of lift as your outcome. could always run the 887's
