So here's the plan: I'm stopping at the Subway in Colfax between 930-945 tomorrow morning. I'll be leaving there by 10 to head to Red Dog. If anyone wants to meet me there, I'm in a white 2nd Gen AC with a bed topper. It'll have bikes on the back of it.

If you can't make it by then but still want to come, follow my directions in the above post.

I don't think my heart rate has come down. That was a tough game and a fight for life in the last 4 minutes. Great job by the Packers and and the Hawks! They can't play like that on the 1st!

Throwing it out here before I make a thread...

So back in November I installed EBC Stage 5 rotors and pads. I had done pads before but this was the first time I removed/installed rotors. It was very easy, the rotors came right off the hub which was clean and free of rust.

Went through the break-in period and they felt great! Fast forward 2500 miles and three wheeling trips and now I get some vibration above 50 mph only when braking. So it seems my rotors are warped. I see 4 possible reasons:

#1 - Improper install. I'd like to think not, but a possibility

#2 - Warped going through muddy puddles with hot brakes while wheeling

#3 - Over torqued lugs caused warp. I had a shop switch wheels and tires for me (long story). I saw them go around with a torque wrench at the end, but don't know if they used air impact first. It was a quick click of the wrench and on to the next lug. I removed wheels to clean wheel well a few weeks later and the lugs were FUCKING TIGHT.

#4 - Out of spec from EBC factory

I'm guessing either 2 or 3, but really the reason is irrelevant.

Trying to figure what to do. On car lathe, switch back to old OEM rotors, remove/reinstall existing? Any help/advice is much appreciated. Kinda bummed.
