I talked with a guy a few days back that said our generation is doing everything right except we are waiting too long to have kids....and he was completely serious.

That was one of the rare times I had no idea what to say.

I used to think that I wanted kids in a couple years. But now that I think about it, why have kids when you're young, more capable, and have less money. Spend your 20's going out and doing things as well as saving money. Then when it is time to have kids you're prepared to settle down as well as be able to afford the financial cost of a child more easily.

i debate about kids, i probably will have some eventually though. They are just a pain and life could be so fun without them (im sure with it is too). But one of our friends kid drives me fucking insane. Like i cant take ten minutes with. The kid has add or something but just acts a fool and not appropriate at restaurants and such.

Haha yeah, no plans to have a kid anytime soon. Although the first one rarely ever is planned...

I'm right there with you. I held my nephew for the first time over the holidays. First time I've ever held a kid and I was so nervous!

There are some times that I think kids are awesome, like when I see other people having fun with their kids. But then I think about all the other stuff that comes with having a kid. After watching my sister and brother-in-law for a week having to care for their kid, it helped me decide that late 20's early 30's is my goal haha

Fuck kids!! not literally...you know what i mean!!! I have meet/been around very few kids that i can put up with. I don’t mind my 4 and 6 year old cousins that much, than again they can do some stuff on their own.

parents like that deserve a good kick in the teeth. Or the kind that think everything their kid does is funny, but in reality its gross or annoying

 

sounds like the type of parents that also will be in line at a store and tell there kids to straight up or the police officer will arrest them when the kid is like 5 years old. no the police officer or game warden is more likely to arrest the POS parent(s)

 

People should need to pass a brain scan before they can reproduce.
