    Got up to go to the gym this morning after eating 6 eggs and my fiber bar for breakfast and actually made it into the gym parking lot. When I went to get out of my truck, I was all woozy feeling and realized I hadn't consumed any sugar in the past 12 hrs or so, so my blood sugar had me like



    Worst. feeling. ever. I went home, ate a banana, and lost interest, so I'll be doing legs tomorrow lol

    I usually eat a banana first thing after waking up, but I didn't today and it sucked…never underestimate the power of sugar. Now, time to make margaritas! I found a recipe that is only 184 calories per margarita. We got some prime-grade steaks from a butcher shop to grill tonight, too.
