It's quite possible to have both a good frame and power seats. They're not mutually exclusive.

Im ok with not having power seats, but the seating in the current taco feels really low compared to the FJ Cruiser and 4runner. The FJ doesn't have power seats, but it does have this pump lever on the side which allows you to raise the seat. IMO that's all that is really needed or hopefully the seat height is just higher in the new 2016.

Agree with Mason04. I don't mind the lack of power, but I'd still like more fine-tuned adjustments. If lack of power seats in a $30k truck in 2016 is unacceptable, there are other options in the GM, Ford and Nissan flavors. Personally, I'd take everything else about the Tacoma over potentially available power seats in its competitors.

it is low because the roof is low. Anyone over 6' cannot wear a hat in one unless they recline the seat.

Well, isn't that special! Time for the "heated mirrors" thread.

Agree. Don't give a flip about power seats, but the seats should have a manual height adjustment.

The 93-95 Supras had heated mirrors, leather door panels and dash, removable head rests, etc. All that was removed or replaced in the newer ones and the price went up. Just the way Toyota does business, lol.

Or a way to keep snow off the tail/brake lights and camera.

Nothing like getting a mile down the road and not having rear lights anymore because LEDs don't heat up enough to melt snow.

That's more of a challenge to all auto makers.
