I thought the factory tint was inside the window itself. I don't know why I have thought that though...:notsure: I'll have to look at my back windows. My front windows are tinted to match and I feel like it is plenty.
3 or 4 green blocks and your status will say that. 8 green blocks and you are a sharper tool.

Sorry, I've searched and searched and I'm still confused. Is there a writeup somewhere on how to wire these up? I want to install a 30" bar in the valence with an Air-On-Board switch. I want the switch to power the bar only when I switch my high beams on. Turn off the switch and just my high beams come on. Make sense? This is the diagram for my switch, but I'm totally lost.

Much of this depends on the quality of tint. I'm sure you know this but just calling it out. I paid an F ton for mine but its great stuff and warrantied for life.

    Fight club rules.

    Lots...
    There you go!
This is what you have to do:
    Relay_d6792cb64d7d0317d1565fb0db6f6bcbecb7a014.jpg

In the main fusebox you have to find hi/lo relay:

    IMG_0054_e9074922e59a25c2defd385a26a77422bee4cc86.jpg

Take off the relay and get a cable that will be the signal for your relay:
    IMG_0059_2ff83cf464a0fbc4e7ab0dbad1403e4d3bcdb26a.jpg

    Put the hi/low relay back...

    IMG_0056_8a02cac000fd38a918a0d18f99731e99439d9674.jpg

And now, the switch goes between the hi/low relay and your new relay for the lights,

Note: this is what i did on my 2011 trd sport, and is hust a reference.

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
I pulled power for the signal circuit from the high beam wire further towards the headlights. Same thing just further down the line really, but I like your method better.

So will I need the diode cited in this schematic? Sorry for the attachment, my photobucket is giving me issues. I still don't understand where those guys were putting the headlight harness extenders??

No pbm! I'm glad to help!

Thanks, actually it's the same, but I prefer to have the least cables as possible!

I just left it twisted, it doesn't move with the pressure of the relay
