I posted this several months back http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/347819-best-way-replace-my-rear-blocks.html

I want to first of all get rid of my rear blocks because I have a camper shell and weight on the blocks will wear those leafs out and could snap eventually. I want to get the ome dakars(2.5 inches of lift).

If I eventually get billstein 5100s and ome 885 coils could I set the 5100s to "0" and be level front to back with this setup? I also run 285/70r17 tires and am trimmed to the max.

I'm hoping not to lose any lift I currently have but don't want to lift over 3 inches to avoid having to buy new control arms .

Thanks for your help. Lifts are not my strongpoint.

If you don't have a bumper or winch up front, then I would suggest the 885 coils with a 10mm Enhancer kit to put you about 2.5" up front.
