    Yeah im gonna have to stick to county hospital since i have no real health insurance. Outta pocket MRI is like 8gs.

    But im just gonna work through it one small step at a time, I've seen people come back from worse.

    Why a new one? Even old machines have resolution that far exceeds any xray machine. Well, except any of the newer high speed CT machines.

    Hopefully i can do some PT and get it back in place, this thing flares up here and there, but this time is much worse than usual, once it's back to normal i can do all my lifts with no pain if form is fucking perfect, once i break down form it's back to ache and pain again.
