Question for the experienced HF wheelers, if I take the easier lines what are the chances I come back without pinstripes? I don't even have a door ding yet so could hold off on the stripes.
Thinking I want to wait till I get the tax return so I can get a lift and tires, but this waitin' is hard.

The harder trails have lots of cedar trees....

we plan on running the wide easy trails.

You don't need it out there. If they are doing the wide trails which basically run the perimeter of the place then you are golden because there are bypasses for all the harder stuff.

For a daytrip plan on just gas, entry fee, and the cost of bringing your own refreshments/food (if you need food).

I think last time I went (from Houston) the grand total was under 150.
The facilities are very nice though, I was impressed as it was better than MSRH (local Houston road course) that costs a shitload to be a member of.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can someone pick me up a round HF colored sticker please. They are like 2 bucks, mine went with my old truck. I'd gladly pay you 5 bucks for it.

Here are a couple pics from the last trip (you can see how wide the perimeter trails are):
