    That 60w could have been the issue. If you do plan to do any soldering in the future, idk if you ever heard of flux paste? If not use that on the sections your soldering. It helped me out greatly

    I'll look that up, never heard of it. I do use flux core solder though, doubt it's the best thing to use at this point but it works well on wires. I'll probably get a 40 watt sometime soon for smaller jobs.

    Unfortunately no. If you'd like a kit, you can talk yo Mattgecko for bed kits and BeeRadd for hood kits. Those are the only members I see that sell them besides me. Will pay a little more for theirs.

    Unfortunately family comes first. lol trying to bang out the truck mods before my wife and baby girl come back from FL. Once moved into the new house with a garage, it would be much easier to make kits and not get yelled at for the mess as well
