i installed a set of Bully side steps on my 09 DC SB. everything was fine for a few weeks then one day i kept hearing noises from the rear drivers side.

it makes a noise everytime there is stress on the frame. im not sure how to explain this but if i go up a hill at an angle with the front passengers tire 1st i can always hear something from the rear drivers side.

the side steps is the only thing i installed on the car aftermarket. wondering if anybody else had that issue. sorry for the crappy description

hummm, trucks do flex. i have side bars but no such issue.
may-be recheck all the hardware of the bars to be sure nothing came loose?

not to many, love it the way it is
is it a body mounted type or frame mounted? make sure the bolts are torqued appropriately

^^ I'm going to guess they are frame mounted and a bolt came loose. Did you install these are did you have them installed? Check all of the hardware to insure washers and lock washers were used and re-torque all of the bolts. If all of this seems fine look for a bad or faulty weld. Use the wooden handle of a hammer and tap along the entire length of the step and by the welds and listen for a vibration. Sounds can play tricks on you, check both sides.
