Lol Ya. I'm still trying to decide whether or not I'm gonna put any more money into the yota. I'm thinking about starting a twin turbo duramax build

Got the last pieces to the sliders in the mail - now to get some paint and find a shop to get them welded up.

    Wow!

That looks like an interesting story there! How did the winch get torn off ( can't tell what it is mounted to)

Well.... I got a chevy with a flatbed stuck past the frame. Pulled my truck out there to pull it out (got kinda stuck) hooked my winch up to the chevy and tried winching. I kept sliding so I dug my tires in 6" and then hooked my dads dually to the back of my truck as an anchor. It worked. Right as the chevy started coming up out of the ruts five of the six bolts holding the winch in place sheared. (The guy that had the truck before me made a beefy ass winch mount but used factory bolts.)

You can see the winch slyly mounted into the lower valence

I have a M8000 I got on CL mounted on a warn knock-off cradle to a front reciever - which unfortunately is too low and hurts approach angle - but I need my stock suspension to last for a while before I'll be able to afford a suspension upgrade, and I don't want the weight of a winch on there all the time.

I wouldn't worry about the stock suspension lasting. I ran a winch up front for 40k miles and I was fine

It gives you more droop from what I understand. I'd do the shackle flip kit with 12" kings

Finally got around to cutting out the factory grill insert and putting my custom (metal) one in. I'll post some pics once I get it put on.

I have the zip ties holding the insert in place as the silicone dries.

Thinking about ordering these headlights... Thoughts? I know they'll probably get some hate but I can't afford a $1200 retrofit from Burt (ambiguous)
