We can pull ours in after hours to clean them up and do maintenance. I love working on mine overnight in the warm while waiting for the bells to ring. In fact, most of my mods have been completed in a bay at work. :)

Did the wiring for my in cab outlet along with the 400w anytime mod Its pretty simple really and not hard at all. Then re-did the connection on the tpms mod since the little blue wire taps were a bad connection like always. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cG7OQMNRf4

I live in a fire station full time as a student so it's the only place I can work on my truck. I'm only allowed to do it after hours though.

Scored some TRD wheels with low-tread tires for $200, got a rock chip on the highway, the maintenance required light came on, and a partridge in a pear tree.

I finished my auxiliary fuse panel mount and installed it. Just need to get it wired in, and I can begin adding accessories.

    Skid plate - added 2014/10/23, Bed extender - added 2014/10/25, Tonneau Cover - added 2014/10/31, OEM Bed Mat - added 2014/11/12, AM/FM/CB AntennaX - added 2014/11/16, Smittybilt 27046B Beaver Step for 2" Hitch - added 2015/01/22, Trimax SXT3 Premium 5/8" Key Receiver Lock - added 2015/01/22, 2 x Grip 30' x 4" Heavy Duty Tow Straps - added 2015/01/23
Been a while since I've been on these boards... but added some crap to my truck today... nothing too crazy...
    - added two cleats to my bed rails to have some additional tie down points
    - added a cargo net to keep things from flying around in the back
    - added the Smittybilt 27046B Beaver Step to my hitch
    - secured it with a Trimax SXT3 Premium 5/8" key receiver locking pin

Also ordered a pair of recovery straps (30' x 4") to keep in the back for those "just in case I need it" moments.

I don't really want to start a new thread so can anybody point me in the right direction for how to wire xb halos to run off of a switch but only have power when the ignition is on.

    ;)

You see the circle coupling to the right of the "8151"? That is an intake (water coming in) for the master stream (shit ton of water) for the ladder pipe (nozzle) on the truck's aerial (ladder on top).

Typically, the connections for intakes like that are a lot lower on the truck. Never seen one that high that you would have to stand on the bumper to connect.

Would a relay setup like this work? But use a wire that's only hot with the ignition to power the switch?
