Well the title says it. I have a 2015 work truck with no seats but am having kids. I need to add jumper seats to get me by until I'm forced to get a dc. The dealership seems clueless if this can be done. Im guessing they make all the cabs the same and just have different back panels for seats or no seats. Could i just get parts from a AC with seats and swap it in?

this is what my package sais

Rear Speakers Delete, Rear Console Delete, Rear Seat Delete, Rear Headrests Delete, Rear Seat Belts Delete

Theres still cutouts on the sides where seatbelt look like they would go but they have a plastic plug.

It's the same cab, seats or no seats. Check local salvage yards, Craigslist, eBay, etc before paying a small fortune for seats and seat lets from dealer. Pop of stock plastic and pull carpet back and you'll see all the spots where everything bolts down.

Seems like best option would be to look for a late model AC around where you work or live, if possible. Then you could see first hand what's not installed in your truck. The AC cabs w/out rear seats are so new, most people don't even know they're available.

I can take some photos if you need of what's back there, but wouldn't have a parts list...

I would appreciate that. I'm sure I can figure It out with pictures. I realy don't want to get rid of this truck.

I pulled my seats out (gray, 2012). I would be willing to give them to you, plus the rear fascia, and cargo tray cover doors, in trade for your rear fascia and cargo tray cover doors. That would be everything you need except the actual seat belts and at no cost except your gas.

You're a few hours south of me.

so is the bottom piece with the cupholders all one piece? all mine has is two storage compartments. And in mine where the seatbelt comes out at the top i have a plug i haven't checked the bottom yet. And I'm guessing where the buckles mount those holes will be under the carpet let me post a picture of mine for reference.

good man. the swap over should not be too difficult. i pulled all the panels out of my access cab a few years ago when i put sound deadening in, almost everything just pops off with clips.

Ha, I thought they all had rear seats my 2011 even had a console with cup holders. Now has a plywood carpet covered deck. Took two teenager girls and their mom to Canada once the teenagers haven't talked to me since!

2015 is the first year they offered a work truck style base with power windows. No rear seats saved a good chunk of money. My initial thought was wow great space for my gear with out the price of a double cab. But now since kids are in the picture were second guessing. Id like to keep this but have not heard many good things about access cabs and children.

Damn ... if you lived close by we could switch things out ... I took everything out of my '14 except the back wall and covers ... I would love to get my hands on that back wall.

Where do the 2 speakers that they "deleted" go? I have the work truck version as well and was wondering if anyone has any pics of where they go and what the dimensions are. Sorry not trying to jack your thread.
