    Yea Toyota pattern. High angle makes one, about $135 I believe. That's interesting about redrilling those... Probably cheaper than switching the 10.25 to disc if you can do the redrilling yourself.

    if you weren't in Indiana Id say lets try it on the 10.5 that I have. it has a new bearing kit and new 3.73 gears just put in it.

    yeah do it's fine in town. But it gets what I would call twitchy at higher speeds like 50 ish Just the same I've had my taco on the freeway doing 75 you just have to get used to the steering and how fast you can make a lane change by barely touching the wheel.

    Gotcha, just from driving up and down my street I can tell it's going to take some getting used to. I haven't had it faster than 30 yet. Might put tags on it today but it just has an open header so it's obnoxious as hell

    Was just looking at steering options. What would be the best for a daily driver on the street? Hydro assist? Ram steer?


    Also going to pick up steering box sunday

    Hydro assist all the way on the street.

    I've driven mine on the streets many times. It's very touchy but just like konsta said you will get used to it. My favorite thing about it... it's just so smooth. I've steered with hydro assist and I fucking hate it, choppy and shitty. NEED THAT SMOOTHNESS :cool:

    those are some used first gen MTR's stickies I picked up. probably going to buy irok's next when time comes for new tires.

    This for street use you will want something that doesn't wander or turn your tires to quick. with my full hydro and a 6 turn valve I can still end up in the next lane or the ditch in less than 4 truck lengths if I so much as bump the wheel a 1/8th of an inch. there are things you can do to get it do drive better at high speeds like give tons of + caster and tow out the tires a few deg. Bad thing is those two things eat tires fast.

    Going to try and push to get a atlas bought Before moab this year and then im going to change a few things in the front end to get jut a hair more up travel. Ive excepted the fact that im just going to have to cut up my body some for 44's and that's just going to have to happen now :D.

    I'm assuming my single ended ram will behave similar to a double? I've heard single is slower to one side.

    Single ended cylinders are always slower slightly in one direction. That's bc the rod side of the piston has less area, so the volume to move the piston is less. You also get less force one direction as well ;)
