    2 10 pound plates on each side, plus 15 pounds for the bar. I only started in July..plus I've lost 60 pounds so I'm basically lifting the same amount as I've lost.

    Day to day I don't feel as much difference, but I don't run out of gas in 5 minutes doing yard work. My knees hurt a lot less without the extra weight though, that's for sure.

    I do 30-60 treadmill and 30-60 weights. Couldn't tell you the last time i didn't do both the same day, usually I do both. Just like the diet it's getting into the routine for me.

    I just shut up about pain and plow down a protein shake..easy enough
