It's a sad day for the MGM community.... Got the official word that my truck was totaled. Some uninsured {expletive} woman made an illegal turn in front of me. Body shop estimated $20,000+ to fix it because of frame damage, steering rack, whole new drivers side knuckle, body work, etc.
Upside: everyone walked away more or less unharmed. I have awesome insurance. Smelly pirate hooker got the tickets.

Downside: my precious truck is dead. I'm thankful it sacrificed itself to save me though.

Those wheels! Glad to hear everyone is okay though. Thankfully everyone was properly insured. Truck and parts can always be replaced

Yeah... my 3 day old SR8s took a direct hit from a Pontiac G6. Neither one of us hit the brakes until after the impact.... me cuz I had the right of way and she just wasn't paying any attention to anything other than her phone. My insurance is paying for everything (thanks USAA!!) because she had no insurance. Sadly, driving without insurance is fairly common in Texas.

If any frame damage I would tell your insurance you want a new truck, not for it to just be fixed. No way I would have anyone repair a frame, it's considered totalled in my mind.

Oh man I'd love to catch someone doing that shit! The one upside to the desert pinstriping that's all over my truck, another scratch really wouldn't matter except for the fact that some douche nozzle did it instead of it happening wheelin.
