Thanks for the tips fellas. I rememberd someone talking about the plastic bag because they sent something flying across the room a couple times but I couldn't remember what part it was.

Billy, if you get ready to build an upper, I have the tools you'll need. I have an upper vise block and barrel wrench.

it's probably the take down pin detents and/or springs. I just have a value pack of 10 detents and 10 springs in my stash just in case.

I would get one of those cases but each time I go out, I take different rifles, and that'd be a pain if the foam is cut specifically for 1 or 2 rifles.

For those of you with acogs, have any of you seen one do this?

It's like it fogged up on the inside, but looking at it closer it looks more like the lens delaminated, I don't have a clue what's happened with it. I'm gonna call trijicon on Monday about it

Wife bought me a new Primary Weapon System .300 upper to swap barrels with my .223 PWS.
I am currently building a taxed lower and will be a perfect fit.

Possibility of light primer strikes is more than compared to 223/556 ammo. Looks like you have a spikes enhanced trigger in there?

Yup. I rarely have light strikes anymore. It will eat tulammo all day but some wolf has given me problems. I run cproducts defense mags both 10 & 30s with no issues at all. I'm nearing or possibly have past 2000 rounds through mine and it still puts a big smile on my face everytime I take it out.

Nope, I think it's a contract optic that was sold as surplus later on. I got it at a gun show. It was clear as could be until it fogged like that.

120 mixed rounds of pmc, tul, and hotshot through the new pistol todat with 0 malfunctions. Pretty stoked. Wanted to shoot more but it was -11 and I wanted to play in the snow with the truck lol
