Yeah, basically whatever field work they have. They do a lot of the electro shocking...which would be really cool because I would learn where all the monsters are hiding. Sheridan does a lot of back country work so plenty of back roads and sometimes hiking in.

Just got off the phone with the guy and it went well. He said I am a strong candidate and starting pay would be $14.35. Ill know if I got it around mid February but I am going to apply to a few other positions just in case.

 

Also got my CB hooked up in a new spot and tested it. I am getting a 1.2 ish reading on the swr

 

Awesome man! So you'd be in Sheridan then?

 

He didn't say. There are 26 positions across the state ranging from 3 - 6 months and they pick candidates that best fit the slot for their availability and skills. He mentioned sheridan over and over again.

 

Well hopefully you'll get that gig. Then you can come wheel on your days off

 

Yeah! We will see. If I dont get it there is a chance Ill just do a part time job up there.

So I went to the symphony tonight and hung out with Paul. Little did I know his normal assistant was not there. So I kinda got to assist. didn't really do hardly anything but still got to help a bit. And Paul said if he ever needed a 4th guy he would call me!! Pretty cool.

 

That is cool. It sounds like you are starting to establish a rep for yourself.

 

Not hard..just have to show up. Which, for some stupid reason, a lot of people don't do..haha Pretty cool though. He was glad to hear id be around for another year.

Good to hear Monte, glad it all got there intact.

No pics Mike, the pups are 3.5 weeks old and we don't have the pick til next weekend. I'll have pics after next weekend they'll be ready for us to bring home valentines weekend.
