Extremely disappointed by the gopro studio software. Crashes when I try to export and crashes when I try to click on preferences.

Well, just got back a bit ago. Overall a pretty fun trip. Not quite the same as the Wyo crew but I met some cool guys. I was expecting more snow but it was just enough to play in.

Good! Rode very smooth with the tires down to 10 psi today. Made me love the MTR's again as they perform awesome when aired down.

The nitrogen set up should be here in a few days. After a bit of looking around and reading threads, I just went with the ORI fill kit instead of piecing it together. I would't save that much money so I ordered from BAMF last weekend. Hopefully it gets here tomorrow.

I am excited to play with them. Hopefully I can get everything ready to roll next weekend before school starts weighing in on my free time.

okay, so here are some comparison shots of the 60D with the 24-105 and the 6D with the same lens on a tripod at roughly the same focal length and manual shooting settings and edited the exact same. iso 160/(1/2000)/F8.0 stopped down one third exposure comp like i usually shoot and shot center weighted average metering on both cameras.

I did but not sure if anything is worth bothering with. I'll grab the camera and check it out though.

Your truck is looking good ben! It's changed a lot since I last saw it during the epic.

Yea Ben that was the point of the shots :) With the same good glass the 60D and 6D are very close. I do notice a better definition of the driver front tire tread with the 6D over the 60D. Also the color depth is wider with the 6D in the truck photos. Look at the sky above the red rocks, it's a cleaner less fuzzy blue. But again they are very close. Addressing the stigma of the more you spend is equal to the quality of image you get. To an extent yes, the 6D is better but it's negligable depending on the type of photographer you are.

It's free..what did you expect? iMovie is better then that program haha

    Your only getting started.

I see better dynamic range in the 6d. That was the biggest for me.

You are right though in this scenario, not much different. I'm sure most cameras wouldn't be.

Shoot indoors though and night stuff and it'll be way different.

Sup guys, Came in here to ask about Yellowstone. Is it open this time of year? What sort of weather conditions should I be expecting? Any good camping spots? Plan on driving from Portland, Oregon in the next few weeks. I'm equipped with a 4x4 and a roof top tent. Any sort of tips or recommendations for sites to see?

No it's not open..well..not for vehicles. Snowmobiles and snow carriages only. Roads have like 15' of snow on them now.

The areas around yellowstone are still open though. Expect it to be cold...like..fucking cold at night. You'll want a -20° bag for sure. Possibly some blankets for extra.

Keep an eye on weather conditions and road conditions. Can change in a day.

Honestly....Id wait. Wait till late August or September man. Way better time to vistit the greater yellowstone Eco system.
