This is no good. Hope OP is not going to leave his current customers hanging & just walk away with the money. If he's having trouble fulfilling his orders and needs to stop, at least contact all customers and give full refund - or an explanation as to why it is taking up to a year to get their orders.

 

I'm now experiencing the same problems as all of you. Placed my order for a first gen skid plate on Oct 21st, and was told he was about 3 weeks out. Email correspondence was good until Oct 22. Now nothing. No return calls, emails etc. And of course, I paid in full up front via pay pal. His website is no longer on line.

 

last time it says he was on was 11-10-14.

That's not good Is there anybody else that makes custom emblems

 

Anybody with a CNC could cut them. Most of the fabrication venders have them, but I'm not aware of anyone else that has made them. You would probably have to provide them with exact measurements. Just a thought...

I'm not sure, he was always good at getting back to me, just kinda said, "Hey Jeff, this is ______ and I was just wondering how my emblem is coming along, get back to me when you can. Thanks!" And for the longest time it was at the powder coater waiting to get powdercoated.

 

He quit responding to my emails the day after I spoke with him and finalized my order for a skid plate. Back in October. Haven't heard back since, and I've been more than polite. Just want the skid plate at this point.

 

Hey guys, I wanted to update all of you on everything that has been going on. Things got a bit chaotic last year between some personal happenings and having to travel for work all the time. I apologize to any of you whom this affected.

We have undergone a restructuring this last month to streamline our process and keep orders on time. The last few weeks have been spent pushing all current orders through and they are steadily going out the door. If you have an open order you should be receiving your emblem/ skid in the next couple of weeks.

One of the major reasons for the delays was the constant travelling for the dayjob. I have taken on a new role to eliminate the need to travel for work. This is going to be huge for keeping orders on schedule.

We are also in the process of starting up an Ebay store to keep some small inventory ready to ship. These items will already be boxed up and ready for a shipping label. The store will include some spare emblems that I have acquired over the years, skid plates and some UTV accessories. You will be able to expect these delivered in a matter of days since they dont have to be made from scratch. Let me know if there is anything you'd like to see in store, I will be evolving my stock list as the year goes on.

I'm working my way through the PM's and emails so if you havent already received a reply, then you can expect one shortly. I'm just going down the list.

Just wanted to update you guys, the wheels are turning and all of the orders are in motion. We are steadily shipping out emblems and should be all caught up in the next 2 weeks. If you have any designs you'd like made, feel free to PM me or shoot me an email. That phone line should be up and running by next week.

I've also started an Ebay store to sell some items that I have laying around. I've thrown a few emblems on there that are ready to wrap up and ship. I have a lot of items laying around I'm working on building listings for. There are quite a few uncoated emblems so I'm not sure if I want to sell them bare or just throw a basic powdercoat on them. They can always be painted over if someone wants to color match or change their color. Any thoughts on that?

Then where the hell is mine!!!!! I ordered it back in OCTOBER 2013!!! I'm beyond pissed!!! I don't want to hear anymore responses I want my side badges that were paid for or I want my money back!!! No more of this BS of "i had family problems" welcome to the real world where everyone has family problems but they don't steal and try to justify it with utter BS! I WANT MY BADGES OR I WANT MY MONEY! Unless you think a year and a half of waiting is reasonable.
