    Well keeping it short, its been rough the last 4 years overall but in the last 2 years I've lost my mom, my home & 6 months ago my truck, the house foreclosed, got booted out & for the last week I've been homeless

    Long time member & friend ReCklEsSTaCo Matt caught wind of my dilema , he & wife Chelsie have opened their home & their hearts to me God bless them , this is why I Iove this forum...

    Thanks guys & I'll lastly say this, it is YOU guys that make it what it is, TW is the very first forum I've ever been apart of , I'm also on TTORA/Pirate/TacomaForum but theres really something special about TW, I've met & made friends with a lot of you & we have each others back....

    & honestly feels like home here.. going on 6+ years now

    Anyway once settled I'm going to do things alot differently get a little more serious about building a spring from the main to the bottom in both SOA & SUA apps

    A guy on a local forum suggested that in his experience with bastard packs, the greatest effect came from doubling up the main leaf.

    That would, of course, entail cutting off the second leaf in the tacoma pack and probably fabricating new spring clamps to hold the two together.

    That's what I want pretty much, how many leafs would you add to the OEM 2 main leafs for the 3" and better load capacity?

    I'm goin to have the OEM tsb leafs with my frame replacement, so I'll be using those.

    Billys 5100/Eibach and Wheelers Progressive 1.5 AAL with overload in
    4WD. I know you showed pics of the 10in to show whether or not it would be refurbishable or not. Those were the rear end of the springs correct? Are these repairable? I have the wheelers 1.5 progressive AAL and also have the stock overload in. The AAL did give me a lift, but I was hoping it would have helped with the frowning which it did kind of. It's no longer frowning but it's just a straight line now. No arc.

    I see a tiny bit of ARC in rear with the usual hanger end sag... Your springs are fine for rebuilding....

    You'll want to add 3 donors per side & dump the overload unless you plan on towing heavy & often...
