    don't laugh - I'm a horrible welder. I don't do it enough.
I used the original bolts for the bed. Undo 2 bolts and the whole thing lifts out. No permanent damage.

I ordered a pair of rigid mounts for my 30" AVEC light bar that I just ordered Friday for my lower valence. I also ordered a recovery point and shackle for the front end that replaces the factory recovery point. And finally, I ordered a gas prop mounted light switch so I can complete my underhood lighting project. Also made up a ground wire for my fuse panel and installed it. I need to pick up a few more terminals to complete the power wiring from battery to circuit breaker and breaker to panel.

I know this is a "what did you do today" thread, but I am new here AND I just bought my Tacoma, I traded a 2010 silverado WT 4X2 on 2009 TRD Sport DC 4.0L on Dec 18th after getting truck these are my mods
    Day 1- 265x70xR17 Goodyear Wranglers AT/S
Day2 - Kenwood CX598 head unit with Alpine KTP-445U amp
Day 3 - Installed HID headlights (6500K super white) from Retro-Solutions.
Day 4 - installed Hella Black magics on center line of bumper, also installed Alpine speakers in front/rear doors
Day 8 - received and installed HID fog lights (3000K yellow), Retro-Solutions, also purchased Warn VR8000 winch (which currently is sitting in garage waiting on mount)
Day 9 - wired new fuse block under hood, then rewired all the above (minus radio) to that instead of everything being ran off the positive battery lug.
Yesterday - installed LED "hood" mod to light up engine compartment.
Today - performed the "anytime on" fog light mod

That looks amazing! I am so jealous of your truck. Do not be offended if I buy one exactly like it... I'm tempted

Gonna wrap the square tweeter surround?
