    Mornin' all!

It was a wild weekend! Got the motorcycle out for a quick 100 mile jaunt and a few laps on the dirt track. Had two dates, saw a comedy show and found a microbrewery that makes a phenomenal pumpkin belgin. :D

    Mornin' TMM

    Nice weekend!

Tried to stay up today, but hit the wall and crashed for a 4 hr nap this afternoon. Feel great, but wide awake now ... Oh well, short break (2 day) so looks like I'm staying on night shift sleep cycle this break.

    Hope all are well. :)

Doing good here. We might get an inch of snow tomorrow. But it looks like the Northeast is going to get hammered... HARD!

    Hey Rob.
Yeah, been watching that develop. Seems almost a repeat of last year's weather pattern.

Good times. It's pretty quiet here at work, only six phone calls since midnight but it'll pick up shortly when the UK employees finish their morning coffee.

Beyond that I rode the motorcycle into work last night. It was nearly 48ºF at 23:30 ! Snow expected for Saturday though.

Woot! Figured out my taxes and it's double what I expected to get back after figuring in my HSA and Tuition deductions. :D

Just hoping I don't have to pay again this year. My buddies  in DC seem to keep moving the target higher on us. :frusty:

I set it up so I usually get a chunk back. I hate paying in and usually could use the chunk for something.

We've had a hard time getting the deducted amount exactly right since I retired from active duty. We make more now than we ever did before, but with less deductions now that the kids are grown. And like I said, it seems the target keeps moving higher. :frusty:

Ah yeah mine are very simple. Single (can't claim head of household), I don't own a house, no kids, no investments, and I don't itemize my return.

If I didn't have education and an HSA to deduct I could use a 1040EZ form.
