    yes it is! Lindsay and I have someone working on a preapp as we speak, and plan to put an offer in on a house in the AM. I am sure this house will have a few offers put in on it, so i am trying very hard not to get my hopes up too high. but the house is incredible and blows us out of the water.

    Took us over a year and lots of offers that went nowhere. Not getting your hopes high (at least for us) was a hard thing to do but made it a lot easier when it came to losing on a house or 5.
