Christophe is a great guy; he's one of the more down to earth guys in the upper levels of that whole place...

 

Quick question for anyone who might have an answer.... I'm looking into ordering the URD Fuel Upgrade Kit for my existing TRD 7th injector kit, it comes with the piggyback injector controller for fuel and timing adjustments and a bigger fuel pump. I can handle the install, but I know absolutely nothing about tuning. Anyone have any experience with tuning for S/C and fuel mods? Or know of a reputable shop that can tune it once its installed?

 

FYI, to avoid more confusion: The thread was named 'Lost Corner' because we were originally planning a trip to NE Washington, but the roads were not worth it. We then changed the trip to WABDR, but that got canned due to the Carlton fire.

Sort of. AWilson013 and I completed it. The roads were actually open going through the Carlton Complex Fire. Which was creepy awesome.

Having the lift would be nice...

Mine is only front items. And they will be straight bolt ons. UCA's and coilovers.

Maybe Andrew will bring his bumper...

 

Hopefully I will have my shit together and off the lift soon, or at least capable of rolling it out of that bay. I ordered the last few items this afternoon to assemble my new axles. Once that's done, I can assemble the rear brakes and mount the tires on again. I still have a lot of work to do to finish the new rear end install, but finding time is killing me. I did buy an Apex rear bumper on ebay this week though, too good of a deal to pass on, I really hope it shows up as advertised!

 

Nice! Lets hope you get everything together for the truck soon and back to running. You really need it built before this summer...

 

Anyone done a grill mod? I don't want to mess mine up.

Bet thats the same guy who I was going to buy the E locker and third member from.

 

Just make sure it is compatible with your truck. Don't just take the guys word for it. Like he^ says, if its the same dude, he is a little shady.

 

If it is the same guy he says he works at Toyota and said it would fit right in, later to find out that I would have to notch the axle (I think thats what its called), he also said to meet somewhere in Monroe and follow him back to his place... He also didn't have any info about the third member (mileage, how old etc...)

Hmmm a complete bold in front diff with 4.56s would be pretty awesome though. Then I don't have to pay someone to set it up...
