Does anyone know why I would get a weird white film on the driver side projector? Everything was fine until I sealed them. I've done a lot of retrofits and I have never had this happen...

Is it on the front of the lens or inside? Does it look like moisture?

It's inside, It does look like moisture but whats strange is that I've had lights not seal correctly and get moisture inside and never had this happen.

Here is a pic. Don't mind the starches, Its the headlight lense.

March is what Matt said. I wonder if they're gonna keep the old ones for warranty purpose

    For a short period.

All I can think to do is run them as much as possible to try and get that moisture to evaporate. It would help to remove the housing cap from the rear and just let the lights run in the dry air.

There is no moisture in the light. It's just some sor of film. At first I thought it was moisture so I threw in a packet of silica. It's all dey in there but it looks like it had moisture at one point and then dried. It looks like calcium build up but they never touched water. I tooled them out of the bag/ box and installed them so they only where in the open for maybe a total of 20 min wile getting installed. I want to open them and see if I can clean it but I've read that messing with the lense can damage but I have a feeling it already is. :(

Cleaning the glass lens is no big deal, it's the housing's lens that's an issue. It looks like the glass is the issue, but is it actually the housing?

No, it looks like it's inside the lense. Here is a better pic.
