what is a locker and does itcome stock on a 07 trd sport

 

locks the rear wheels so they turn at the same rate of speed with equal power distributed to each wheel. No they don't come on trd sports. Only trd offroads.

That'd only work if it wasn't 2wd

Except it's sand... trying to get it unstuck, not sink it

 

What does "air down" mean?

 

Air Down: to lower the pressure in your tires by letting air out. This process gives your tires a bigger footprint which is ideal for offroading in the sand.

 

You should start by going down to about 20psi. Going much lower than that runs the risk of blowing a bead (where your tire comes off the rim)
