    :rolleyes: This worked. It's been out for a couple days now but it will probably be back. The only problem is I have an appointment for inspection on Tuesday so hopefully it will stay off until then.
    We just got a dusting. I think the wife was more pissed the the kids where off from school.

    I'm making my own wind fairing for my new roof rack. I ordered a sheet of black plexi glass, what's the best tool to cut plexi glass? The fairing will have a slight curve to follow the curve of the roof top light bar. Ideally I'm thinkn bout using a small 18v circular saw with the blade pulled up to the thickness of the plexi glass, and would need a fine/small toothed blade. Unfortunetly my 18v batteries are shot and won't charge. I'm at a standstill of finally finishing the rack build untill I can cut and mount this fairing. Btw contemplated an angle grinder with cutting wheel but thought the curve would come out wavy... :help:

    My fairing for the RTT is plexiglass - cut it by scoring it with a razor knife & snapping it. Took 2 minutes. :cool:
