+1, Armorall sucks and will eventually dry out the rubber. I use spray silicone.

The friction tape worked great. I had tried graphite, electrical tape, silicone and anything else I had seen posted. Friction tape is the way to go.

Glad to hear the friction tape is working well for you. Still not any door rubbing noise on my truck since I applied it. It has held up well so far. I would think that any durable cloth type tape would work as well.

Bringing back an oldie. What's your method for applying 303 to the door seals- spray on a rag and wipe? Or do you completely saturate the seals with spray and leave them wet/shiny?

Another question- when using this to protect the dash, do you leave it so it's a little bit shiny? I'm wondering if I wipe it all off if I'm actually losing the UV protection.

Spray on a rag. Wipe on and wipe off. I do the same on the dash. I don't like shiny.

Ok, just a thought - that may be nothing - but easy to try. Have you tried lubing and greasing the door hinge pins? I'm thinking that if worn pins are filled with lube - the door closes easier tighter and the fluid/grease around the pin will help prevent the door from moving ....
