My 30" bar has seen plenty of abuse and survived all of it. I live in the Imperial Valley so it gets abused weekly. Shit, it survived Baja for the San Felipe 250. I don't have any photos to show light output but I'm happy on how much light it puts out. I added Rigid amber light covers and it's mounted on light tabs that are welded on the bumper.

After a few months of having it, they're still running strong! Here's a comparison. Crappy iphone pictures but hopefully it gives you an idea how bright it is. It is 10x brighter in person!

Morimoto Mini D2S with Morimoto xb35 bulbs and 35w ballast. My truck was at a slight angle, hence why my cutoff is slanted.

    My high beams.

High beams and AVECs 30" combo bar. I still need to aim the bar up a little bit  It would've been brighter if I aimed it a little higher
    [IMG]

Overall, I am satisfied and will recommend them to anyone!

Just wanted to throw up a couple pics of my new 20" optic bar on this bumper I just finished. I love the look of the optic series bars, they don't have that cheap shiny plastic look going on inside of the lense! Seems like a great quality light so far!

What is this all about? Is it just a direct bulb replacement? If so, any other vehicle applications, like say, an F150?

I was thinking of going HID 6K. How would the LED's compare?

Do I need to modify my headlights? I just have the stock reflectors

They're direct replacements of the bulbs.

Mike, is anyone running those LED replacement bulbs yet? Just curious about cutoff, any glare, etc. My headlights look sickly yellow next to the nice, bright light bar.

I'd be very interested. I know my housings will be different, but how the bulbs give you a cutoff should be similar. I'll be waiting with the
