I ran the vehicle test in my obd2 scan tool and it came back that I had two misfires:

    MID: $50 TID:$0c
    O2 heater monitor bank 4 sensor 4
Misfire counts for last/current driving cycles
    Min:6424 max: 53284
    current: 56224

    MID: $b0 TID:$0c
Misfire counts for last/current driving cycles
    Min:22808 max: 53284
    current: 56224

I have no clue what they mean. No codes in ecu and everything else seems ok

your MIL will flash when actual misfires are detected while driving

and you'll have OBDII codes for misfire set P030x (x=cylinder number)

If you have no P0300-0306 codes you are not misfiring

I don't know what the F this is: O2 heater monitor bank 4 sensor 4
no such thing exists on your toyota...so I wonder if your scan tool is
    operating correctly or configured correctly.

anyhow, real misfires are typically head gasket issues, coil issues, fuel issues,
loose plug, bad plug, or bad wiring. but a real misfire will leave an OBDII 030x code behind in a scan tool.

Thank you for the clarification I was totally lost on that one. I guess my obd2 tool is just a POS Lol
