Well... I started with the truck being named defconbrix. Not sure if that name will stick with me or stay with this build though — time will tell lol

    Always a legit name :D

    Thank you so much!
I have a few updates and new things happening the end of Feb :D

Someone showed me this a couple months ago but I actually forgot lol it's pretty awesome they randomly took a photo of mine to use on their site (usually companies ask first though...). Awesome company and group of guys over there though!

Anyone else stoked for the Superbowl?!
I was just in Scottsdale AZ when the Patriots landed but couldn't talk my wife into extending our trip and dropping a few thousand on tickets :(

Regardless stoked to watch the Seahawks OWN the Patriots!

well shit, I live in Scottsdale, woulda been cool to see your truck in person... I'm actually more stoked for the game to be over, only because it's a zoo here and a pain in the ass to get anywhere... Then again we did just have the pro bowl and currently have the PGA tour here as well...

Really enjoying the graffiti shots lately. Wyoming doesn't have much for graffiti but I have always enjoyed the finer pieces when I visit a city.

I flew down there for a couple family parties — I'll have my truck down there for the Overland Expo though so mark your calendar! Seriously insane there for sure. My family lives really close to the mall where Sports Center was so it was crazy.

I looked at a couple properties while out there so who knows I might live there soon...

    :D

Thanks! I love graffiti and it actually hasn't been on purpose but my graffiti radar has been on lately lol

I actually live pretty damn close to the mall as well, about 3 to 4 minute drive.. Great part of town to live in, but whenever there is a big event, it's also the most popular part of town..

Sean your truck makes me lean more towards a shell instead of a bedrack

Are you carrying a full size spare?

I like the looks and a bed rack really does serve a lot of different functions but I have found a hardshell much more valuable for my needs and the area/weather I'm in.

I think my biggest complaint on the bed rack was washing it. I have an unlimited inside and out service so I like to get it washed a couple of times a week because why not lol and having the bed rack made this very difficult if anything was even in my bed or if I had anything attached to it etc

I carry a full-size matching spare on my trailer — beadlock and all. I would hate to carry a full-size spare around daily. Plug kit if I don't have the trailer with me but 9 times out of 10 all my longer adventures I have it and that is the only time when it is really needed in my opinion.

Yikes man, my experiences would really push you towards you that full size spare.

If you still have the stock spare under the truck, it won't fit over the AP gusseted spindles due to back spacing. I learned that one the hard way...

I have an AP wheel spacer if you want it. I used to carry it before I carried a full size matching spare.

I am going to a true high clearance bumper next month and will delete the factory spare all together (its been on the list to take off for awhile).

I will always have the full size spare with me while offroading and long roads trips though but I would never carry it around daily. If I blew a tire on the way to the mall I would use my fancy triple A to come to the rescue lol My full size spare if for offroading emergencies.

Good to know about the spindle though! I never thought about that — I guess if I did have the stock spare and lost a front I could just move one of the rears to the front and spare on the back... but my stock spare will be gone next month so for daily I will just rely on triple A for the mall emergencies lol and rely on the spare on the trailer for the offroading.
