    It is, especially if you like a bitter chocolate taste.

    I have no HR monitor. I am guessing since I am obese again and my normal resting rate is high that I am in zone 3 to 4 riding my rigid steel 29er with 700x42C on it (conversion to a commuter from a MTB) for ~11 miles. I could be totally wrong.

    Bad thing is I can't lift weights tonight, too spent. Tomorrow weights and no cycling.

    I need to go back to eating less, in time I will cut back.
