    Hey i just found your pics of your truck. I like it!
    I was google searching tube bumper for an 06' Taco i might buy and found yours. I really like your design. Then i noticed you live in RP. Im over in Forestville. That trips me out. Maybe its anoth sign i need to buy my first truck!

    You can buy the plans online which includes the prints and parts list, the die from a vendor (can't recall where we got ours) and the jack from harbor freight and a couple parts from mcmaster.com.

    It works well for how simple it is.

    Runs off of compressed air.

    You'll want to pick up a digital level, they have them at The Home Depot.

    Also, if you make more than one bend on the tube, you'll want to get a Plane of Bend tool from Trick Tools so you know the tubing doesn't rotate while you move it through the die to the next bend.

    I think we had less than $600 total into ours.
